Great Customer Service
Fantastic customer service. Never did get the unit working for me as it seemed to have e a bug in the calibration program but they went above and beyond to talk with me and try to help me getting it to work on my system!

Perfect
It works perfectly, since the USB cable seems a little bit weak, I taped it and use a USB extension instead in case someone would break it, The tv is mounted on a cart and many people are using it...

I was scared
Price of this is high. That made me pretty scared that I was making a massively large financial mistake. It was essentially a plug and play feature for my magic mirror application. Plugs in via USB and attaches to the screen via double sided foam tape, provided by the manufacturer. The accuracy of the touch is mildly off by about 5-10 pixels, yet my measurements were accurate. Looks great, simple to assemble. Due to the tiny pins (8-10 per corner connection) it could be easily broken, so be careful while handling before assembly! So far so good! Iโm happy.
