It’s my second pair and it makes the safety shoes more comfortable, with less discomfort due to long walking.

I suffered terribly with low arch and flat feet pain until I decided to seek professional help, i struggled to walk down the stairs 1st thing in the mornings with the pain. I was prescribed a set of these type of insoles and withing a couple of weeks the difference was amazing and I've never looked back, my 2nd pair I purchased was this particular brand and they have been very good, I wear them in my heavy toecap work boots 5days a week and they lasted around 12-13mths before I started notice the gel cushioning in the heel was starting to break down. Just made a repeat purchase and I would recommend to anyone who suffered with low arch flat feet or if you are on your feet all day generally.

I suffer with plantar fasciitis & these support very well. The only problem is that they, & other supports like them, are very difficult to fit in most shoes, boots & trainers, even if said shoe etc is a size bigger to compensate for this.

Delivered quickly, slight amount of trimming needed but now fits shoe perfectly and doesn't move like previous insert(another make) used. Good heel support and my wife's fallen arch held in correct position now. construction looks good and the solid support much better than others made only of foam.

i got these as i was getting shin-splints in my new trainers. They are really easy to fit and certainly solved the issue of the shin-splints.Only downside is that the heel part is higher than the insole it replaced and this led to my heels rubbing when wearing the trainers leaving me with some serious blisters.

I have tried several different types of arch support insole, including expensive custom orthotics, and these have proved to be the best for my very flat feet. The thick layer of foam is a great insulator, helping to keep my feet warm and cushioning against impact. The arch support itself is made of stiffer plastic (under the foam) so they have kept their shape well over months of use. I have now bought several pairs and fitted to all my regularly used shoes.

For my Daughter who has a high arch. Was unsure as she has sensory discomfort.Perfect fit, non slip and she has worn every day! Very comfortable. Just ordered another pair

After carrying out the wet foot test. I realised I had high arches so bought these as they seemed to have higher arches than most other products on the market. All I can say is what a difference they have made to me I have cut my foot pain by about 80 percent.The only downside is the smell. Take em out leave em to air for at least a day and then cut. They do dissappear though.
