The motion sensor is fast enough and the timer to turn it off is a big plus. The installation is simple, just keep in mind it requires neutral. The key is not the most sensitive, you have to push it stronger than a common switch but not a big deal. Recommend it.

This is a great product and fairly easy to install. We love the one we installed in our laundry room. You can easily adjust the sensitivity (how close you have to be to set it off) and the time-out. We set ours for 5 minutes , but you could just as easily set it to time out after 30 seconds and be fine, because it will stay on as long as there is motion in the room. The installation tutorial video is super helpful. However, you MUST have a ground wire for the switch to function. I know it seems like a given, but check your switches first! We just assumed that would be universal throughout our house and ordered a pack of 6 without even thinking to check first. We were so pleased with the one we installed in the laundry room, but when we tried to install in a couple of other high traffic areas in the home, we discovered that whoever wired the house before we bought it cut back all the ground wires. They were too short for even a professional electrician to pull them out to connect to the switch. The electrician said he doesn’t know why some people do that, but they do, and these switches HAVE to have a ground wire or they won’t function as a motion sensor. So now we are stuck with the 5 remaining switches that we can’t use. :( Definitely not the fault of the product or the company, just something to consider before ordering!

I was reluctant to use this because I wanted to buy Leviton which was expensive.I visited their website and saw they are focusing on developing switches and other a few. Not a typical rebabelling same products other cheap Chinese resalers do.I installed 2 of this, installatiin was pretty straight forward, worked very well for 2 weeks. I ordered 8 more and installed 1 week ago. Very well designed, worked well, very accurate sensors. Highly recommeded.I see some comments on motion detection and difficulty of adjusting it. As I am 20 year experienced IT sys admin in small companies, I had to do mechanical jobs as well so I will reply to them1. " motion sensor doesn't work. I have to dance."Motion sensor works very well. I have never need to dance. It has never failed to detect my working in bath, kitchen, closet when I properly install. Even waving hands in toilet lighted up right away. I don't know how he/ she adjusted motion sensorMine is set to 1 min for closet and 5 min for bathroom. Perfect.2. "Adjusting motion sensor tumer requires pulling out switch". All i had to do was take out the front snap cover to access the timer to adjust. So screw, no pulling out the switch!

I put these on my stairway to the basement, in my kitchen, pantry and bathrooms. All the lights that the kids tend to leave on! They work great. You can adjust how long you want the light to stay on after it detects movement. You can also block off a specific time where you don't want it to come on unless you manually turn it on

Got two of these, both don't work well. The problem is that quite a lot of times I push the button and nothing happens. So that's pretty irritating, things should become easier when they're smart, not more difficult.

These are like any other motion sensor device: if you stand still for a bit the lights go out. The sensors have the typical options, light and motion sensitivity, and duration. also they can be switched to a vacancy sensor (the light is manually turned on and automatically shuts off). I outfitted most of the rooms in my basement, so needed a bunch of these. Install is pretty easy. The largest negative is the amount of packaging but that seems to be typical today. There are very small screws that can get away from you.

I love this switch. I put it in my man cave bathroom and it works very easily. Just walk into the bathroom and the light comes on. Walk out and it goes out by itself after a short time, less than a minute. Of course it does have an option of touching it to turn it on and off but what’s the purpose of that if you’re buying this in the first place. Looks good and the benefit it it’s touchless.
