What size are these bulbs? I bought 2.5 volt bulbs to replace some burned out string lights and they were 1/8" too long and just a hair too wide.

Not sure about the size but they fit perfectly! My Christmas things are put away!

Are the wire ends very long?

The wires are about 3/8 inch long.

If the rest of the light string changs colors, will these be able to as well?

No these are incandescent bulbs. They do not change color.

Are these super bright?

not really super bright , regular replacement bulbs . I had to just use the bulb in the holder that fit in my light string . they worked for what I was trying to do which was just to keep my tree working

Great quality bulbs.

Great quality. The bulb bases were smaller than my strand sockets but it was easy to remove the new bulbs from their bases and put them into my old bases. They work well.

Too short in the base to work on our tree.

These bulbs look very much like the ones on our prelit Christmas tree but they did not work. They wouldn't light up, so there must be something in the way the connection is made that just isn't compatible with our tree, even though they look the same. Upon closer examination, the base of the bulb is about 1/8" shorter which must be the problem. It was very disappointing, as they are the only 3.5 volt bulbs we could find anywhere online or in stores. We had to return them.
