The knives are extremely sharp, comfortable to hold, and make slicing, chopping, and dicing effortless. The built-in sharpener is a fantastic feature that helps keep the blades in excellent condition. The block is sturdy, looks great on the countertop, and keeps everything organized. The knives feel well-balanced and are made with high-quality materials. Overall, this is an outstanding knife set that offers excellent performance and great value. Highly recommended. Amazing! Review: Beautiful knife set and very sharp! - These are way more comfortable than the ones I currently have, the ones I have have a more squared off handle, these are rounded and more comfortable on the hand. They look beautiful, it's a very attractive looking knife block. The knives themselves feel very durable and super sharp. It does have suction cups on the bottom to help secure it in place on the counter. It comes with a handy little instruction booklet to show you what each knife is for along with care instructions. They are really easy to hand wash; they are not to go into the dishwasher as it will degrade the quality of them. I overall have really enjoyed this knife set so far, they are wonderful and so-so sharp upon arrival. I was impressed by how well they cut through things straight out of the box. I was even impressed with how easily I was able to nick myself with them on accident lol I also love the built in sharpened that is ultra easy to use to keep your set sharp. I like that that are also touted as being rust resistant too, which will take some time to see if this is true but I would imagine it is since I have always had nice experiences with Ninja products. Overall, I really love them and think they are an excellent quality knife set in general for home use. ## Features - GERMAN STAINLESS STEEL KNIFE SET – 17-piece professional knife block set features premium blades stamped from German stainless steel for rust resistance, long-lasting sharpness*, and all-purpose kitchen performance. *When used/maintained as directed. - RAZOR-SHARP PRECISION CUTTING – Ultra-sharp blades with an optimized cutting angle glide effortlessly through meat, vegetables, and crusty bread — making chopping, slicing, and dicing fast and precise. - ERGONOMIC, COMFORTABLE GRIP – Chef-approved, perfectly balanced handle design for professional weight distribution, control, and fatigue-free cutting comfort all day long. - NEVERDULL TECHNOLOGY BUILT-IN SHARPENER – Exclusive NeverDull Technology is integrated directly into the knife block, delivering professional-grade sharpening results that maintain a razor-sharp edge for up to 10 years* — no additional sharpener needed. *When used/maintained as directed. - FOOLPROOF SELF-SHARPENING IN SECONDS – By simply swiping the lever on the outside of the block; the dynamic ceramic sharpening wheel engages your blade at the perfect angle with optimal pressure to restore optimal sharpness. - PREMIUM STAMPED STEAK KNIVES INCLUDED – Entertain with confidence — 8 stamped German stainless steel steak knives deliver steakhouse-quality cuts through any meat without tearing, so every dinner feels like a five-star experience. - SLEEK COUNTERTOP KNIFE BLOCK – Modern block with brushed stainless-steel accents stores all 17 pieces safely and stylishly, complementing any kitchen aesthetic from minimalist to contemporary — all within easy countertop reach. - COMPLETE 17-PIECE SET – Includes 8" Chef, 8" Bread, 7" Santoku, 8" Slicing, 6" Boning, 5" Utility, 3.5" Paring knives, 8 Steak knives, Kitchen Shears, and NeverDull knife block — everything a home chef needs in one set. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09B7R3SY7 | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,938 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #11 in Block Knife Sets | | Blade Edge | Plain | | Blade Material | Stainless Steel | | Blade Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Brand | Ninja | | Brand Name | Ninja | | Color | Black | | Construction Type | Forged | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 1,247 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 10622356573556 | | Handle Material | Stainless Steel | | Included Components | 6” Boning knife, 7" Santoku knife, 8" Chef knife, 8” Bread knife, 8” Slicing knife | | Item Dimensions | 14.37 x 7.45 x 12.63 inches | | Item Highlight | Stays razor-sharp 10+ years.
