Will Not Hold Most Brushes
First off it does hold my two double edge razors nicely, BUT the two prongs that are designed for shaving brushes are way to small for three different brands of shaving brushes that I own (Especially if they have a "FAT STUBBY HANDLE), And to make matters worst the two brush prongs are different sizes with one so small it will not hold any of my brushes and the other one just barely big enough to squeeze my smallest brush handle into it, If you own a Brush or Brushes that have handles with a "Thin or Narrow space built into the handle then this stand should work, A good example of the type of brush I'm taking about are made by a company called KENT, You can go to their web sight or look at them here on Amazon, Another brand of brush that may work are the Long Handled Professional brushes made by OMEGA, In fact I just placed an order for the OMEGA 11126.

A Nice Razor Stand with a Few Flaws
This is an attractive stainless steel safety razor stand. It fits my double edge razors nicely. My Gillette Profusion does not fit unless your turn it sideways to insert into the prongs. Once in, and jiggle around a little it can then be straightened. I don't consider this a negative because it was designed for double edge razors, not cartridge ones, but just wanted to point this out.Like* The Stainless steel finish was very nice. No flaws noticed.* Although it's a simple design, It's attractive and looks good sink-side.Dislikes* The base is only about 2 ½" in diameter. When loaded with a couple of razors, it's not as stable as I'd like. It does not fall over, but if bumped a little it can. I wish the base was wider.* At is arrived the top nut would not screw down enough to hold the prongs securely. They would spin like a pinwheel. I had to take it apart, reverse to order of the prongs, the re-tightened it. Even with this fix, the prongs can be easily rotated. I think I'll need to get a rubber or stainless steel washer to adequately fix it.I will comment on durability after I've had it for a while. Overall it is decent product. However, a wider base and better design on the top nut would make it much better one.

The concept is not really carried out at all.
If you don't have at least two razors (that handle fits) it might work but, most of the time the razors slide out. Most disposable razor handles don't fit and for those that do, they don't stay. Do not waste your money. I should have bought the one that holds one razor.

Excellent Buy. Good Storage.
I bought this mostly to hold my old Gillette Atra Plus Handle & my new replacement Heavyweight Atra Plus Handle I bought from Super Safety Razors. This is the fourth item I have bought from Super Safety Razors. The other items being The Shave Brush/Straight Razor Stand, The Shave Brush Stand Alone Holder, & the Heavyweight Atra Plus Handle. This seems to be similar to the Shave Brush/Staright Razor Stand sans the small hole drilled in the base & 2 sets of tine pairs instead just the one to hold the straight razor & brush It arrived today & it was already put together. I had to adjust the tines just a bit but that wasn't a problem. One set of tines holds the Razors. These are the smaller of the 2 sets. The Other set of tines has a larger & a smaller prongs/tines for holding two (2) different sizes of Shave brushes. This Stand is slightly taller than the Shave Brush/Straight Razor Stand. Which is nice. And My Boar Bristle Shave Brush fits a bit better in this one (so does my cheapie synthetic one). It holds the Shave Brush better above my shave bowl better than does the Straight Razor stand does. While the tines that are supposed to hold the razors were desined to hold Safety Razors, they hold both my Atra Plus Handles with the Disposable Blades attatched just fine. Although just a hint for you those reading this review, it is a bit cramped if one puts two razors & two brushes on there. But that is my only complaint (albeit a minor one). And how many Safety razors and/or Atra Plus/Trac II Razor Handles do most men have? I purchased this $26.75 from Super Safety Razors through Amazon. So Kudos to Super Safety Razors for having another good product at a great price. I am giving this a 5 Star rating
