I must have a big head because most beanies don't come down all the way around my ears, down my neck and to my eyebrows. This one definitely does that. It's also amazingly warm for as lightweight as it feels. I have some much thicker winter ones that aren't as warm as this one. Very happy

Stay warm all day
Using this hat, as well as the Kryptek Vellus jacket, in the Montana mountains in the winter. I have been out 8 to 9 hours at a time and haven't been cold once. It's like you don't even feel the freezing temps at all. Great stuff and well worth the price.

For use as a second layer hat, NOT as a stand alone.
Was planning on returning due to its extremely loose fit on my noggin’, but using it on top of a balaclava or even a knit cap is where it’s at. No need to return.
