TO the extent that all 11 speed cassette gear spacing are are standardized the derailure wont matter. What will matter is the smallest, largest and capacity of the shimano derailure. it is unlikely your shimano derailure has the capacity for drive the range from 46-9 = 37 teeth. If it does then it's nxt unlikely it has the max gear of 46. You can fix that with a wolfstooth extender or some aftermarket cage replacements (go with the wolfstooth extended).
