The price was reasonable and it has a lot of configurations for different countries. I thought it was defective and planned to return it, but halfway through my trip another traveler discovered a way to get it to work because it was so loose it would fall out of the outlet and didn't keep the connection. The second half of the trip it worked fine. An instruction or troubleshooting sheet would have gotten it up to 5 stars.

Great universal adapter with easy to open and close slider switches. Liked it, as it has USB-C option along with 4 USB-A ports. Only thing that I found missing was an LED indicator to indicate that it is plugged in and working fine. Otherwise it is perfect for me. Next model LED indicator please!

This travel adapter is well designed and compact. You can easily switch between different styles of plug in and it has ample outlets to plug in your devices.

Love it can plug almost any where and charge a host of devices simultaneously and effectively.

Bulky but did the job. Liked how versatile it was.

Versatile and work with my computer and phones internationally.
