TORRO Phone Sleeve Case Compatible With iPhone - 6.9/6.7 Inch Screen Size - Quality, Genuine Leather Pouch Cover, Slim and Lightweight (Black)

I purchased this sleeve/case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Previously I had purchased this style of case from another company for the last eight years or so, but after my girlfriend and myself having to contact them on three occasions due to their sleeve/cases been incorrectly sized for our respective model of iPhone (and the replacements they sent out suffering the same issue) I had enough of them, and decided to look around for a high quality, premium craftsmanship and material sleeve/case. I had heard good things about Torro before, from various places online, and also on the reviews I had read online about their products, and they were always looked upon very highly due to their high quality products, faultless craftsmanship and reasonable prices too. Fit and use: The one I ordered, specifically mentioned compatible with iPhone 6.9/6.7 inch screen, so this is clearly the revised/resized version for the 2024 iPhone 16 Pro Max, as this is the first iPhone with a 6.9 inch screen. The fit with my iPhone 16 Pro Max is an absolutely perfect fit, I could not wish for any better fit. It is neither too tight (as was the issue with my previous sleeve/case from another manufacturer I hasten to add) or too loose. I noticed that this sleeve/case has a pre shaped contour on the front and back, and by this I mean, it looks like the leather has been formed around a shape prior to it being sewn together, so that it makes the top opening, back, front and also the inside, have the pre shaped contour appearance that I mentioned, rather than it being very flat that some other sleeve/cases have, and this can make them difficult to insert and remove the phone. I'm struggling to describe this and I will try and show this more clearly on the pictures that I will be including with this review. I will point out that it will fit earlier models of the iPhone too (as can be seen in the description), but Torro have obviously altered this particular model recently, so that it will fit this year's 6.9 inch iPhone (iPhone 16 Pro Max) as this year was the first time there was a 6.9 inch iPhone. Torro has certainly put a lot of thought into the design, with the addition of the push release opening system at the bottom. Basically there is a small cut out at the bottom edge, which makes removing the iPhone an absolute doddle. With some of this style of sleeve/case, it can be difficult to remove the phone, as you have to press and push the phone out of the sleeve/case enough so that you can pull it out at the top. But with the addition of the push release opening system, you simply push your thumb in the opening and push the phone up/out, also at the top of the left and right edges, they are cut away so that you can grab the phone on both sides (after you have pushed it up with your thumb) and easily extract it, or if you don't want to do this, you can grab hold of the top of the phone when it sticks out proud of the top of the sleeve/case and remove it. Quality and materials: It's nice to see that there are still manufacturers around, who are still using leather, rather than the artificial/synthetic leather or ditching leather in favour of some other none leather material. The leather used, looks and feels of a very high quality, the cut, craftsmanship, sewing is as high a quality as you will see, even on leather products costing hundreds of pounds in my opinion. You can certainly see that the machinists that work at Torro take great pride in their work, as the stitching is perfectly straight and evenly spaced all round, and there are also no loose threads/stitching. I really like the red stitching detail that Torro went with, with this sleeve/case, it's a lovely contrasting colour against the black leather. The inside of this sleeve/case is lined with a velvety soft microfibre lining, so as to protect the screen and back of your phone. I noticed as well, that the microfibre lining has been stitched in place, whereas with some of these style of sleeve/cases they are only glued in place, which can some times mean that the glue can start to deteriorate and the lining can begin to peel away. I noticed too, that the microfibre lining has the Torro name and logo embossed on to it, very nice attention to detail Torro! It does mention on the description that it's possible to charge the iPhone with a Qi charger, without needing to remove the iPhone from the sleeve/case. But with my particular Qi charger, it would not charge through the sleeve/case. Not a big deal for me, as I am used to removing my iPhone out of it's sleeve/case to charge, and also with the push release system that Torro have used, it makes removal of the iPhone quick and easy. One last thing to mention before I close this review. The push release system cut out also serves another purpose (apart from making it easy to remove the iPhone) and this other purpose is it allows you to connect the charging cable to the port on the bottom of the iPhone, without needing to remove the iPhone out of the sleeve/case, yet again another excellent piece of design from Torro! Well, not anymore I can say apart from, if you like these minimalist style of iPhone sleeve/cases, and you want one that is made from premium materials, and is manufactured to the highest standard with fit, finish and craftsmanship, then this particular sleeve/case should be at the top of your list.

Good quality pouch. I prefer this type of cover for my phone and this one suits me perfectly. Black leather with the contrasting red stitching nice stylish look. Price reasonable for the quality.

It's a nice snug fit for my IPhone 15 Pro Max. The camera bump naturally makes a bulge but that's better than a cutout as I specifically wanted to protect the lenses while they are in my pocket. The key thing is that the phone slides in and out smoothly without snagging. I haven't tried it with wireless charging or magsafe accessories as I don't have these. What I am using it with is a ykooe pouch holster (XL size) for full protection and belt carrying. The fit of the Torro into the pouch is nice and snug again. I wanted the pouch for activities which involve bending over as I don't want it to fall out of my pocket when gardening or the like as the Torro does leave the top edge open. By using these together, I can vary the layers and protection depending on the context -- naked if I'm in bed, say, but military grade for travelling and outdoors. The black leather and red details look good. The leather surface is not quite as grippy as I'd like but that slickness helps when sliding it in/out of pockets and pouches.

Bought this case for my RedMagic 8 Pro. It was the closest fit I could find to the dimensions of the RedMagic. The RedMagic is slightly thicker than the iPhone Pro Max but that helps it fit snugly in the case. The RedMagic does stick out the top by about 0.5mm, although I can't be certain that the intended iPhone model doesn't do that too. It will keep my RedMagic safe and dust free in my pocket. Really lovely case and looks great on the RedMagic. Not cheap, but super quality.

Quality leather case and OnePlus Nord 4 fits perfectly inside.

In spite of Rufus suggesting that the size indicated that an iPhone 17 would fit the sleeve it doesn’t the sleeve itself is well made but too small for the 17

This is well made and feels like it’ll last. Fits the phone, well. Probably not for someone who’s on their phone a lot.

Nice looking case well made and a snug fit for my phone absolutely pleased with this item would have given 5stars but overpriced but.

I love this brand. But by far this is my favorite piece. It fits perfectly iPhone Air with a case. Beautiful leather. Not PU. Stylish. Practical and high quality.

Top, utilisé pour un Samsung Flip 4. Un vrai casse tête pour trouver des étuis, pourtant c'est super pratique, votre téléphone est mieux protégé qu'une coque ou autre quand vous l'avez dans la poche et vous avez un téléphone fin une fois dans les mains.
