Grand Circuit White Lightning 64oz Liquid

I wish I had used this as soon as I realized my horse had moderate thrush. I was resistant to soaking his hooves because I thought he would react poorly to being in soaking boot bags. He wasn't a huge fan of being in a boot bag, but he got on board really quickly. This stuff is the reason that I am finally healing him of his thrush. It's easy to mix and works incredibly well. I soak his feet once a week and then treat him with topicals on the other days. His collateral grooves are FINALLY able to start healing. I can see the bottom of those grooves again! His frog is healing and the heal crack is healing too. I still think you should do topicals in between soaks, but the soak by far has had the most significant impact on his healing. I bought cheap soaking boot bags on amazon and they are perfect for a white lightning soak.

Relatively easy to use, does require a horse that will tolerate a plastic boot soak. Has worked better than anything else for chronic white line disease.

This product has been a lifesaver for treating white line disease, like serious improvement after a month of using it. My new horse needed some rehab and I’m so glad it was recommended by my farrier. If you’re like me and trying to decide how to treat this is what I do. I soak all four of my horses feet three times a week ideally for up to 45 mins. I mix the 50/50 vinegar solution in a water bottle I cut the top off and drew measuring lines on. Then I pour it into a diaper (size 2), it fully saturates the lining. On a really clean foot I put the diaper on and then wrap the whole thing in a quarter of a heavy duty trash bag (the kind you get at a hardware store) and duck tape the whole thing at the pastern. I let him stand in his stall which is more padded and throw a flake of hay. It’s for sure a process and I feel like a little scientist, but it’s worth it!

White lightning was a life saver. Easy to use and started showing results after the 1st use. A total of 3 treatments had killed all the fungus (whiteline and thrush). I followed up with the farrier to trim off all the seperation and weakened areas. We are 1 month post treatments and his hooves are healing without any problems.I recommend getting soaking boots for this product. It simplified the process and ensured the White lightning could really get into the crevices.

We had been battling white line disease that I was worried was transitioning into laminitis for over one year. My new vet mentioned this stuff so I tried it and within two months the battle was won!! I did purchase soaking booties in my horse’s size after going through many many plastic bags! My horse even put holes in the extra think IV bags I got from my vet so the soaking boots were a necessity. Follow the directions carefully. My vet told me that the combo of the white vinegar and white lightening creates a gas that gets in to destroy the fungus so to wrap plastic wrap or vet wrap around the top of the soaking boot and then tape it shut to keep the liquid and gas in to do its work. It works!

I’ve been soaking 3x a week for 10 weeks now. My farrier is very please with the progress we’ve made on my 2 year olds seedy toe. My only gripe is it seems the solution has burned his hair if it gets above the coronet band.

My horse has been fighting white line disease for 3 years but since using white lightning the horse seems to be winning this fight.
