Q: How do you charge batteries?

The saw has a charger included, there are 2 battery packs and a charger that plugs into a wall outlet with the other end plugging into the battery pack. The battery pack seem to last a long time with a full charge. We cleared out approx 1/4 mile of sprouts and sapling’s that were growing up in our pasture fence with just one battery.

Q: What kind of file is used to sharpen the chain?

Any chain saw chain file. They give you a spare. Pretty good tool all in all

Q: How about the power of the mini chainsaw and is it easy to use?

Super easy to use and enough power for its purpose. Cuts through branches up to about 3” easily. Much less dangerous than the big chainsaw when ladders are needed.

Q: I use this little power horse 2 weeks (after a storm) now it will not start. Battery is fully charged but nothing works. Anyone have this issue?

I had a similar situation and found small sticks worked their way under the plastic around the drive sprocket and jammed it up. Cleared the sticks and now works fine
