This has quickly become my go to recipe book. I am a bit of a foodie and use several books. This one is no doubt my favorite as it has proven to produce the most liked dishes by my family, especially the soups. The instructions are simple and if I can say that, then they must be easy to follow for everyone.

This cookbook looks amazing!! I don't know how many pages it is, but it's a lot!! Excited to try some new stuff!! It was delivered in great condition and in a timely fashion!!

The media could not be loaded.  I loved that they had pictures with every dish so you knew what you were making. And the steps are very simple. I do wish they had more Alfredo sauce dishes tho. Other than that I’m in love Most favorite cook book to date

ほぼ満足出来るイタリア料理のレシピ集です。料理の写真も多く、説明も大雑把ですが、数多くの料理を紹介するので若干簡略ぎみです。只、カンノーリは中身のチーズクリームの製法は書かれていますが、カンノーリセルの製法が書かれていません！多分イタリアのお気に入りのお店で購入してくださいと言う事でしょうね。仕方がないのでカンノーリ・セルの製法の書かれているレシピ本を購入しなければなりませんでした。イタリアの伝統的なお菓子でしたから、書かれていていてもおかしくないですけどね。
