2 New HORSESHOE 4.80/4.00-8 Flat-Free Wheelbarrow Cart 16" Universal Black Cross Wheels w/Grease Fitting, Center Hub 3.25"-6", Installed 3/4" Bearing with Extra 5/8" Bearing

We needed an 1" bore and this was the only tire we could find which met our specifications. The delivery was quick and well packaged. Although I did not call customer service I did order the wrong bore size the first time. Totally, my mistake but they allowed me to return the tires with a small restocking fee. Since it was my error I felt that was quite reasonable. The old tires were quickly changed from the 10+ year old wheelbarrow axle with no need of extra bushings or washers. The new tires were easily slipped on and are working well. Unlike other no flat tires we have purchased, and put on two hand trucks, these roll more easily. Even under a heavy load of clay dirt or fire wood. I cannot verify how they will hold up after years of usage but so far they are holding up to the rough terrain and work that is required of them. We have another wheel barrow that will soon need new tires and we plan on buying these same tires again.

We needed new wheels and these were a great fit.

These work well for wheel barrels and come with 2 sets of easy changeable bearings - 5/8" and 3/4" -

Trailer wheels fit perfect..

Easy installation. Comes with extra bearings and bushings for 5/8" or 3/4" axles, as well as spacers for longer (wider) axles. Carries a load of damp mulch in my 3x5x2 yard cart, no problem.

These “no flats” fit the original Mullers Smart Carts. I bought two sets. One for my large hand cart (27 yrs old) and one for the tow behind cart ( 22 yrs old) . Used the 5/8ths bearing size. Much less expensive than buying directly from cart maker. Now back to gardening.

The seller's disclaimer is "not for static loads". I assumed (and I believe most people would assume) that to mean you can't leave any additional weight in the cart or wheelbarrow. I didn't in my wildest dreams believe it meant these tires can't support the weight of an EMPTY cart. I can tilt my little trailer up in the air with one hand - yet these tires went flat (see image) after sitting 6 months with only a few pounds of weight on them. So - if you are using these on a wheelbarrow or cart be sure to get every little bit of weight off the wheels and then hope they don't fail anyway. For the price - the quality is atrocious. With the huge flat spots on them they are impossible to use. What a waste of money.

Good quality material. The hub was a bit longer then the axle. Cut down the inner hub to the length I needed.
