Easily adjusted for people wrists and enough stretch to slip your hand through it, and for it to sit snugly on your wrist without being over tight.Pretty cheap too, but the quality is brill.A word of caution? I'm wary of the plastic component that holds the quick release pin and the strap to the watch...it feels plasticky and potentially fragile if not cared for properly. But time will tell, it may work well without any problems at all.
