These beans are nor available locally
They are beans with substance and flavor. They cooked up well in the soup. Pasta fa goul. Made it very authentic.

Best flavor and texture
Cannellini beans are a favorite of mine when making Pasta Fagioli, an Italian soup of beans and pasta. Winter is when I most enjoy making and eating soups. I prefer dried beans over canned because I can cook them the way I want them, slightly al dente. I really like these beans and I recommend them to people who want to prepare Italian soups.

Very good quality cannellini
Cannellini beans are a staple to many European traditional recipes. You may say that "beans are beans" and use canned navy beans. Bon appetit to you! However if you do care about taste and presentation go for the real thing. I used them for some traditional Romanian recipes and they come out just as they are supposed to. These beans are made in Italy and one can taste the difference. Thanks Amazon for making them available in US.

Great Quality
I can't buy these in any store around me....I love these beans. Great in so many recipes or just as a pot of beans. Very smooth flavor.

Old shriveled beans
Over half the beans had shriveled skins and some came off once I started soaking them. Not a usable batch and not returnable

Delicious! Ready to cook! Only 30 minutes in an Instant Pot
First, the taste is amazing. I seasoned with rosemary, garlic and onion powder. I did rinse the beans first but they looked very clean and ready to cook. I cooked in an Instant Pot without pre-soaking. This bag yields about 2 + 1/3 cups of dry beans. It was perfect for the recipe. I added about 7 cups of water. It took about 10-13 minutes to come up to pressure then I cooked at pressure for about 30 minutes and then used natural venting. The beans came out perfect and like a Tuscany bean soup flavor. To some of the beans I added some sausage. Great also. I am reordering.
