Very slippery surface and light weight. It’s too uncomfortable to use

The main thing about this mouse is that it is a vertical mouse. This positions your palm sideways so you don't end up pressing against the nerve. Here are other points about it:- The mouse is responsive,- Its buttons are quiet (my previous mouse was the Microsoft vertical mouse, which has loud clicks)- It has extra buttons (scroll, back, forward)- It has an internal battery that charges through USB-C- It has an auto-sleep mode when left idle for a few minutes (to save battery); you can wake it up with a click of a button. I had an issue once with charging once where the mouse didn't work after charging. I almost gave up and tossed it, but it worked on the 3rd attempt.- It's light. I'm used to heavier mice (e.g. Microsoft vertical mouse) so initially had an impression of this one feeling "cheap", but it is built well. I wouldn't say it's "high quality" but it's good.- It is a little too narrow for my hand, so it doesn't fill my palm as I hold it. It's not uncomfortable, but I wish it was a little thicker.

The product for 5 months was great. However one day suddenly the latency and the drag of the mouse were unbearable. Changing USB port, restarting the laptop etc. did not help. Kept the mouse aside for a few days and tried again but no luck. Today finally threw it away and went back to magic trackpad temporarily. Since the product was relatively cheap I am leaving a 2 star review instead of 1 star. However a mouse not working for over 6 months is a disappointment.

I purchased this looking for something to help my hand because it hurts when I game, and I had an injury. Compared to normal mice, this helps a ton with my pain. My mother needed a new mouse for work, so I let her borrow this one. I bought myself another mouse similar to this one after she decided to keep this mouse for work. it works perfectly fine.

Not bad at all for the price

Perfect product, easy to use

I am a designer and I love the product size, look and feel. Initially, it was a bit of a challenge and weird feel while working, but over a week of use I became used to it and after a month it is a smooth operation. One very important thing to notice for designers is that if you are working on photoshop or any other software for image cutting or some intricate design it will be a challenge unless you make it a habit. Overall good product and different on the desk! :)

I'm on the computer at work 10-12 hours per day. I realized that the constant clicking up-and-down motion was a major factor in my discomfort. I'm not kidding when I say that this mouse has changed my life in that I can use my had and wrist without pain.

Works as described but has to be re-charged every week, even if turned off when not in use, so you need to have a spare mouse available whilst it's charging
