Iโd give this 100 stars if I could.
What a wonderful concept that is beautifully executed! The illustrations are adorable, the story was cute and it got my kids fired up and excited to be ninja elves. The 50 missions are good deeds for them to do, ranging from things they can do by themself (pay a compliment to everyone you see today) to things theyโll need a little help with (deliver treats to your local firefighters). I love the focus on giving rather than receiving and the emphasis on being kind. A much better idea than having a snitch elf in your house...and you donโt have to remember to do anything every night!

Great Book
Honestly, I only bought this book because it was about ninjas and my son is currently obsessed with ninjas. I did not read the book description at all. I was pleasantly surprised to see the book has a great message. And, in the back of the book, there are a bunch on ninja elf missions for your kid/the reader to accept. These missions give kids assignments to do good deeds, like donate their used clothing to kids in need, etc. In addition, the actual story is fun and cute and my son loves it. It is a book he has requested multiple times for story time in the last few weeks since he got it for Christmas.

5 STARS,great fun for kids and adaults, well made.
Definitely amazing!I would give this 5 stars is amazon would allow me to,however they don't like me giving 5 stars on the products I love,so I am forced to give lesser stars and I am truly sorry to the sellers who don't get their just reviews. That aside, this is amazing, the colors and graphics are fantastic and the story they have to go along with the sensei, they also have cards and a secret pact you make with the northpole ninjas. My girl is always super excited to find where he is hiding with her next mission.Again 5 stars.

Excellent concept. Well written and love the "missions"
This book was the perfect addition to our holiday reading. It accentuates giving, the spirit of doing for others without recognition. My 8 year old loved it and was eager to get to work right away! Hoping my 3 year old will catch on better next Christmas. The book ends by having you complete the "missions" before Christmas. It's a great concept but wish there was a way to do this throughout the year.

Use independently or with an elf...
We just got this and I love it! This is definitely a much better alternative to that creepy, mischievous elf that in most cases teach "do as I say not as I do."This is all about good works in everyday life and there is no quota or repercussion for not participating in the good deeds. My child was begging for an elf on the shelf, but I just couldn't bring myself to get one and I found the greatest alternative in this!It would also be a good addition to anyone who does use the elf. Kinda the elf watches the good deeds that the child does in secret...?

LOVE this and it's concepts!
We wanted something other than the Elf to do with my son. He is 4 years old and this is the first year we said it was time to bring something fun into the house around Christmas where he would finally understand it. We brought this guy into the mix! WE LOVE THE CONCEPT of bringing kindness, and acts of good into the world where it is needed. We've done a few of the kind acts already and plan to do as many as we can with our 4 year old. Anyone that is considering something other than the silly Elf, look no further! You will not be disappointed! Watch a video on the makers of The North Pole Ninja and you'll see how great this is!

Love the missions!
My 4 year old loves this book. The story is good but I think the "missions" in the back are what makes it a great book. We plan on using it each year and writing the date and action that was completed on the back of missions. Hopefully it can be a great Christmas tradition!

Itโs ok.
It starts off quite cool but then turns into a moral story of social responsibility.

Printed upside down and backwards
I ordered this book as an alternative to the elf on the shelf as it looked really cute online. I ordered as sent from Santa for the beginning of December. I can't return it as the kids will wonder why I'm returning a gift Santa mailed to them, however, I am very disappointed that when it arrived it is printed upside down and backwards. When I open the front cover, it is actually the back of the book, upside down. It is an adorable book and I'm excited about the kindness challenges for my children! The quality control elves were obviously sleeping on the job when this book went down the line. The book itself is beautifully written.

Beautifully written, beautifully illustrated
Beautifully written, beautifully illustrated. Our new favourite Christmas tradition. Because the cards have #1-50 instead of a specific date, you can fit this tradition into your schedule, regardless of how busy you are this time of year. Highly recommended!
