I have general hair loss. I am 45 and started noticing I loss more hair in the shower. So I thought I would try something. The pills are small, easy to swallow. One a day is pretty easy for me. I haven't noticed much difference. These have good ingredience. They haven't upset my stomach of caused acne or other side effects. I don't have severe hair loss and maybe these would work better one someone who would notice a difference. I still loose the same amount of hair in the shower. I am not going to say they are all bad and don't work. They could work really well for someone with stress related hair loss.
