Classic
this book is a classic from the Gold Age and it a very nice neat publication. But it is small and to be honest because of the size I did have to return it because of my eyesight and the small print. But if it had not been for that I would certainly have kept it and added to this series of books because it looked so nice and was of such good quality.

Great pocket sized easy reading.
My first Peter Wimsey book, I found it great for reading on holiday and convenient size for travel.

Beautifully Bound!
This is a beautifully produced hardback edition, with a rounded spine, signature binding, gold-edged leaves and a silk marker to boot. The only catch is the size, which is literally that of a pocket book, and therefore uses smaller, though readable font. A fitting tribute to a book that’s been in print for nearly a hundred years, since it was first published in 1928.Lord Peter Wimsey is a delightful detective, with a butler who sounds like Jeeves. Their banter is fun, and the mysteries always absorbing. This is a collection of 15 short stories, so the text is comparatively crisp, unlike some of the full length novels.Get a copy for yourself or as a gift - it’s great value for money.

Some are very looooong short stories
This is an interesting selection of short stories of its time. Some aren't as short as a usual short story but then what is usual. It was an entertaining read and spans across Wimsey's career. What I really liked about this edition is that it is small, bends without cracking and is just delightful to read.
