Let me say I’m 5’9 235 pounds! A 3X fit so perfect! And it snatches me in! You can not here the Velcro or see the straps that pull across the tummy! When I say I’ve ordered so many waist trainers on her in a 3X and not 1 fit! Finally I found this and it’s amazing! True to its size I’m so happy! And it’s soft and feels comfortable and you can breath! You can actually wear this all day no problem! It’s a must buy! I’m ordering more right now.

I ordered this a size up to be on the safe side. (I typically wear an XL in tops.) I will say that it fits great as of right now. However, if you plan to work out in it and lose weight as you go, I would size it properly. I am on the third-row hook, so I am at the tightest it can go. Once I shed a few pounds, I will have to reorder because it will be too big.Other than that, so far, the material is very comfy and soft. I'm sitting now, and there are no rolling up or bulges. I do love it so far and will update as time goes on.

It’s great for my long torso. However the boning is plastic and bends up in the nook of my back. Which is uncomfortable

I like this product but like navy of the other products of its kind it only has a small strip of Velcro at the tip of the strap meaning that the piece underneath that it is supposed to Velcro to is not fully secured and therefore rides up and sticks out making it annoying and a tad useless.

This product is advertised as having 4 steel bones. Unfortunately, the boning is plastic.I also was hoping for a little extra cinching, so ordered a size down from what was recommended on the size guide. This thing was HUGE. About 2-3 inches too big in the shoulders. The midsection extended maybe 4 inches below my hips, onto my thighs! The waist actually fit near perfectly, but again, I was hoping for some real cinching action.It definitely was not what I was expecting.Measurements: 5'0", 186 lbs, chest 40", waist 36"Size ordered: XXL

If you been looking for a waist trainer definitely get this one . I can normally fit a medium or a small so i ordered a small because i’ve seen a lot of people recommend sizing down. PLEASE DO!

I say this because I do not have a belly just wanted a more hour glass figure. According to their chart I wear a medium or large. I bought a small because after trying a few of these they were always to big. I would have rated it better because it is comfortable and nice material but already the stitches were unraveling.
