Great Customer Support, Item Stopped Working, They Replaced Quickly
We purchased this item in 2024. Loved it. It stopped working all over a sudden. We contacted customer support. They were easy to work with. After a few e-mails and photos, they replaced the item without any problem. Awesome product and very responsive customer support.

Plenty of Power - AC worked well
We took this camping and I was able to use a Coleman air pump for three queen size mattresses, topping them off for three days, and finally deflating all three. It lost 1 bar through that process. There was a significant quirk with the AC and the pump specifically. I'd turn the pump on and the fans would move for a second and the battery stopped supplying power. Leaving the pump turned on, the battery started to supply power in about 5 seconds. Long enough to make you think it wasn't working. I'm guessing the initial draw is too great and the battery needs time to charge the AC circuit. After the 5 seconds the pump worked for 10 minutes before I shut it off.I would recommend this battery.

Useless. Can't run on its own battery.
If you're looking for a battery operated inflation pump, do NOT buy this pump. The pump stops working before the pressure ever gets to a single pound. It runs a fan, but the pump never kicks in. I made sure the battery was fully charged and made repeated tests to be sure of my results. I also tried running it off my truck battery, which is a heavy-duty, dual-battery system, but no joy there either. I also have a heavy-duty alternator on the truck, so I started up the truck and found that the pump *would* kick in and inflate my kayak up to 2 pounds. But 2 pounds of pressure is pretty close to nothing, and I shouldn't have to throw this much power at the thing to get it to do that little bit of work. The alternative was to plug the pump into an AC outlet, but this particular model doesn't give that option. So I bought a converter to bring 110v down to 12v, and that made it work. Here again, I was trusting that thing could run off its own battery. Why even *have* a battery if you can't run off it, even at a full charge.BTW, another knock against this pump is you can only charge the battery using a tiny USB connection, which takes forever. That didn't matter to me because it couldn't run on its own battery anyway.I may have gotten a defective unit, but by the time I discovered its lack of power I was past my return window. Sigh.

Decent for the price
This battery is helpful in some situations and usually gets the job done. With that said, it dies really fast. Even if you just leave it “on” but not charging anything it will be dead within 12hrs. Have noticed as it has been used that it doesn’t last as long, but that’s normal. If you need something cheap that works decent this is for you, but if I was going to buy again I would spend an extra $50 and get an Anker or something similar. Another note: takes a long time to charge compared to how long it lasts (usually 6+ hours to charge with 1 hour of actual use if lucky)

works great
We purchased this last year for a camping trip, and it has become something that we use regularly.I love that it can be quickly charged several different ways, solar, wall plug and lighter in the car. We have charged it all of these ways, my favorite though is solar (solar panels sold separately)We keep this now with us when we travel, it has been used as an extra battery to run a fan in the spring to help keep the dogs cool, and we use it to run a small blender or food processor when I had to have extensive mouth surgery, this box has worked well. It doesn't discharge when it's not in use. I love how it keeps you informed on what it has for battery life left. the carrying case is also nice to keep the battery pack safe.

Perfect for Camping
The media could not be loaded. Lasted all 4 days of our camping trip!Blew up a King air mattress.Charged 4 iPhones to 100% over 4 days.Charged Mac lap top from 50%-100%Used it to deflate air mattress.Charged our small fan battery for tent.Still had some power left after 4 days.I didn’t invest in the solar panels. I fully charged prior to our trip. I did power off in between using it. Everyone was impressed.Small, light weight, Well worth it.

Well worth it ! Look for a sale though
A friend bought this after I shared the link , paid 250 for battery and solar panels. I got both for 135$ a month later. Anyways this is well worth it I tested it a few times after buying it on black Friday and again July 23 2023 and it charged my phone and a 12.4 inch tablet servral times each before battery ran down then tested solar panel, took 6-8 hours to fully charge on a sunny day which in fl there's a lot of . After hurricane ian verizon had emergency towers in my area a few hours after the hurricane effects died down . Seems like most people in my apartment complex use other carriers so I had great unlimited 5G but no car and my battery banks all weren't working (had 6 and only 4 worked but the only way to charge was ask neighbors which most helped but didn't have a fast charge adapter in their cars . So I'm the only person with a perfect internet signal with unlimited hotspot on my tablet and phone but no juice lol. I highly recommend this especially in fl or other places where hurricanes hit a lot and it's only going to get worse with an ocean breaking records at 101° . Climate change is real and I'd bet the farm we'll get ian 2.0 or worse probably every year even worse more then one of them every hurricane season. Be prepared. I hate generators because if you're not stocked on gas and run out it's over for you . Also got a solar battery bank half off (retail was 100$/got for 50) it works great roo and holds a lot of power , nothing neat what this does but it's another power source and I'll never not be prepared again for a hurricane!
