Zinc Lozenges with Echinacea and Vitamin C - Lemon-30 Lozenges Brand: Jamieson Laboratories

Touch wood, no colds this winter. The first sign of a sore throat or nasal drainage I pop one of these Zinc lozenges from Jamieson. It comes from Canada, so it takes a little longer than the normal Amazon delivery, but it is definitely worth waiting for. I have tries other Zinc products, but thisseems to coat the throat better. I do not take it every day, just the first sign of a cold. Depending how you are feeling take one to three daily for one to three days. Even if you did get a cold I think this would shorten it. Make sure you get the one with the Echinacea and Vitamin C.

I bought these in Canada also because they didn't have Zicam. But this tasted great and really worked just as well, probably better.

I tried this product when on a family vacation in Canada. The rest of the family developed a bad virus with high fever, runny nose, and cough after a cruise trip. I took these for several days while directly caring for these sick family members, and I never showed any symptoms! My husband took Airborn and still got sick. This product combines the zinc of Cold-EEZ or Zicam with the herbs and vitamins of Airborne, so it seemed to work better than either one alone.
