The first thing I want to mention is that I only paid $10 for this camera.Before I ever read the "User's Guide" that comes with the camera, I plugged it in to my Mac mini and fired up Photo Booth. No problems there. It wasn't as sharp as I was hoping but it does work.The audio quality is actually pretty surprising. I guess after I saw the video quality I was afraid it was going to sound like I was in a tin can. As it turns out, for general purpose video chatting, it seems like the audio quality is, at the very least, acceptable. I wouldn't say it's on par with top dollar built-in microphones on todays laptops, but it was clear enough to carry on a conversation. And if you're really just looking for something to record quick voice memos or have a video chat, this will do it.

I purchased this webcam because, for some reason that I will never understand, the engineers that designed my laptop positioned the webcam in the lower left corner. This means that anytime I try to use my actual laptop's camera, it creates the most unflattering image of me looking up and to the right. Ugh. This little webcam saved me once everything transitioned to video meetings. It is a nice, small size so that I can carry it around with me, it required no setup at all, I just plugged it into my laptop and it worked, and it is light enough to sit comfortably on my tiny computer. The only problem is that the contrast on the camera is very high, so when I am in a well-lit room, my face is just a white blob with little black dots for eyes. Usually it's very flattering, though.

First time i plugged it in i was happy that it was plug and play - but then it was all downhill. The picture was okay, there are definitely better cameras nut my issue is the microphone didn't work. I ended up having to call into my zoom call to hear me. then i tried it again the next day and nothing. i deleted it from my devices and re-plugged it in with no luck. A waist of money for sure.

I really like this webcam. It does what I need it for, which is using as a webcam for my streaming on beam.pro, this webcam does wonderful and looks good and crisp at 720p. Which is fine for me since my face just sits in a bottom corner of my stream. I didn't need a webcam that's 1080p or high for that. Didn't need drivers, was completely plug and play. My kids play with it on facerig pro and they love it. Don't use the mic on the camera it's really crappy, I have a gaming headset that I use the mic on when streaming. The only bad thing about this camera is the stand, I don't like that it's not very adjustable and that the camera is very limited on the tiltability. Other than that it's an excellent webcam, well worth the $10 I paid for it.Pros- Nice quality. Plug & Play no drivers needed, small and lightweight.Cons- Small cord(not really a deal breaker). Lack of adjustable stand. Tiltability is not very good either. I easily would recommend this webcam to anyone I know or anyone looking for a webcam.

Ok this camera is not a native 720p camera. OBS recognizes it as a 480p camera and so does every other software I tried. The camera itself is not terrible but it is miss advertised as 720p.Edit: Seller contacted me almost immediately to resolve my issue. I added two stars due to the great customer service from the seller and, I will adjust my rating again with the new product when it arrives.Edit 2: Seller resolved my issues in a timely manner.

This camera does not achieve 720p, and the built-in mic doesn't pick up audio very well. Sounds like your voice is a mile away when you next to it. Very disappointed that it was not as advertised. It does function for now (2 days), just not very good. Just like the old saying, you get what you pay for.Updated review:After my review, the seller Ricky (YoLuke) sent me a new webcam. The webcam, of course, was a different model but does achieve 720p Video, and the audio is ok. Better than the last one, but not great. I nice feature with this new camera is the built-in LED lights that are controlled by a dimmer switch.I have attached picture quality for the old camera and new camera, as well as a picture of the old camera and new camera.I bumped up the stars because the provided a camera that could produce the video quality I was looking for, but theUSB 2.0 HD Web Camera, 720P PC Camera is not what they advertise.

The most I got out of this thing was 480p, and the mic quality sounded slightly worse than Xbox pc party chat. If you were hoping for some decent video FPS, you might as well play GTA5 on a 2006 laptop. Nonetheless, it's a functional camera, and it's cheap.

I contacted the seller, and they were very quick to respond and asked what software I was running. They immediately sent me the 1080p USB Webcam, and it's working great. I would definitely order from them again.

arrived at 4pm, was set up by 4.10, & most of that time was spent arguing with win xp, video quality is great, stand isnt the best if your not on a flat surface, but works well enough for my purpose, nice quality, compact, easy to set up, great value

This does apparently have a microphone, but I would strongly advise against using it for that purpose. It might have just been mine, but people I chat to over discord have unanimously agreed that it sounds as though I'm underwater screaming for help. No good, use a separate microphone.The webcam, however is Ok. Nothing special. The quality is about what you'd expect for a tenner. Nothing more, nothing less. It'll work fine for a quick skype call or something, but my phone's camera is far better and honestly it's barely worth the trouble. 'HD' is a little misleading.It's reasonably easy to adjust on top of a monitor, but it really depends on what you're working with and so I wouldn't guarantee that it fits your set-up.

I’m quite impressed with this little web cam. I needed a webcam with a microphone to add to one of my older desktop computers and I didn’t want to spend much. This unit is exactly what I wanted. It’s simple to hook up, all it took was plugging the usb and I’m connected. The cord is a good length - I was able to hook up to the back of my modem and clip the cam to the top of my screen. The picture and microphone quality is decent, it’s nothing incredibly great but I wasn’t looking for that and I’m happy with it’s quality. The price is amazing and It works great. I recommend!
