My daughter squealed with excitement the day this showed up via ups- Amazon. It came very quickly i ordered very late at night on the 18th going into the 19th and I did choose 2 day shipping and it was on my doorstep on the 20th before noon. My daughter & I love the way it looks. I love that it's a 3 piece and if she gets tired of the tail she can remove it and still have the cute bottoms. I didn't however absolutely love the top wish it coulda came in a matching color/fabric.It is just a bit small. I ordered 6-7year old size as my 5 year old is 48 inches. I was hoping for a bit of extra room as she doesn't like things to tight. It barely just fit! My advice is to figure out how you want it to fit and order accordingly. If you want it a bit bigger order 2 sizes up.If you want it snug maybe order the size on chart. We are going to the beach in a week and my daughter is so excited to wear around her mermaid suit. She'd wear it to bed right now if if let her & probably to school. The color is beautiful so bright and shiny and the detail is perfect.Overall if your little one wants to be a mermaid I'd definitely recommend this suit!

I purchased these for my girls ages 5&7. My 5 year old has had a love for mermaids for years now. This was the perfect way to make her feel and look like one. The straps on the purple top look as though they'll need some reinforcement. I'm sure a few additional stitched will do just fine. I couldn't be happier with both suits.

Sizing is accurate, but it is extremely thin and shear. Thankfully it's dark enough of a color, so you can't actually see anything on my daughter's body, but when you hold it up in the light you can see everything thru it. It's fine. She loves it. But don't expect high quality. It's MUCH thinner than swimsuit material.

Ordered this to have at my house for our five year old granddaughter to wear to the pool in our neighborhood. She tried the outfit on and I can honestly say, this outfit will never make it to the pool in my neighborhood. She wanted to take this home with her. She wore it all afternoon, wore it home. She has worn it to the beach with her mom and dad. She absolutely loves it. She told me she's going to wear it for Halloween. In other words, she thinks it is the greatest thing ever. When she tried it on, she wanted me to take pictures to send to her mom and dad at work so they could see that she's a mermaid. Size was perfect. There have been no issues with it. This is the best $12+ I've spent on our granddaughter in a very, very long time!

Super cute. My daughter wore this for her 7th Birthday Pool party and she looked adorable. She is a size 7 and the med 8-10 was too large. So I ordered the 5-6 and it was perfect.

I bought this for one of my nieces who’s 6th birthday was earlier this month. Before wearing it, my sister washed it before she wore it. She did it on gentle, with nothing else, and left it lay dry. Well big mistake! Because apparently this material does not allow you to wash it. All of the color came off after one wash! She didn’t even get to enjoy wearing it for her birthday. She was really upset. And I feel like a horrible aunt who bought a crappy gift for one of my nieces.

This is so adorable! I saw similar on Pinterest and came to Amazon to see if I could find it in stock since my daughter is going through a mermaid phase. Imagine my surprise to see the low cost when others are going for a ton more. I was hesitant at first, wondering about the cheap price meaning bad product, but this is too cute! She squealed with excitement when she opened the package.The bikini portion fits great. The tail is a smidge on the long side and my daughter is tall for her age, but it's great for when she wants to pretend it's a real tail and hide her toes. She begs to put it on daily. It's held up to rough playing and still looks great. Fabulous selection of colors and we will be buying more in the future.

I don't have anything bad to say I purchased two of them both in 9-10 years. Both of the girls wear a size 10 (US) in pants but one is tall one is short. They loved them. Just by the price itself I knew there would be a risk. It could either be torn up when I got it in the mail, tear up while they wore it, or rip after it was washed. they wore it a whole afternoon and it fit as expected. A little tight for the bikini bottom but not to the point where they had to keep pulling them. they were able to walk fine in their skirts (I was afraid they would rip while walking) the bikini actually didn't "mess up" (string started coming out of the top) until after it was washed. But they can probably still have one more wear
