Great, finally I found a good cleaning aid for my ears.In Europe, these are so common, but here in America, it is very difficult to find them on the counter and don't ask me why because I really don't know. It is just a saline solution and therefore, it should be available everywhere.Perfect for my daily routine. I am always obsessed with having earwax. This will hopefully help me clean my ear canal with no risk of damage.

It does keep your ears clean, works best after soaking head in a nice warm bath so soap and hot water can soften wax. Takes a little getting used to sudden squirt of water.

It could be me and the way I am using it or my expectations but I didn't really get the 'clean-out' feeling I was expecting. Maybe my ears are just that clean (lol) but I won't buy this again. Again, you may have a different experience depending on your ear condition and what you expect to get out of it.

Honestly, did nothing. Cant judge if it will work on someone else but had no effect what so ever on me. No wax removed, just water logged ears. Ill stick with the peroxide.

I haven't noticed any major flushing of ear wax, but it does help keep the ear canal cleaner than without using it. Using this on an adult with a disability who seems to tolerate its use better than things like ear swabs.

This earwax remover so far is the most gentle earwax remover I have found. I recommend to everyone. Easy to use.
