We ordered this product which is specifically designed to fit the laptop...not similar laptops of the same size...but the exact laptop in the drop down list. So my experience began with a bit of frustration when I tried to fit a Dell into a MacBook sleeve, in a square peg-round hole scenario.As fickle Amazon customers are prone to do, I decided to simply return it and order something else. Alex immediately messaged me and asked if he could do anything to help. I explained my predicament and he said he would make a customized one for the Dell, which I got within a few days. The amazing aspect of this interaction is that he went out of his way to solve the problem when it was clearly my mistake for ordering and hoping for the best. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service EVER in my life ... Nordstrom should take a class from him. My deepest appreciation and respect to Alex...I hope his company thrives over the years to come!

First off, this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced on Amazon. Alex gives his number to text any questions to and when I had messaged him, he went above and beyond. Very very impressed.Also, this sleeve for my MacBook Pro is gorgeous. I expected it to be nice, but it looks and feels better than I could have imagined. When I bring it into meetings it gets lots of compliments.I don’t normally write reviews, but after Alex’s superior craftsmanship and amazing customer support, he and his product deserve a shoutout.If you’re on the fence about this sleeve, just go for it!

Amazing product and amazing service.My girlfriend loves the case and I couldn't be happier (that she's happy).Alex's craftsmanship is top class and his professionalism in service is unmatched. There was a delay in the case getting made as I needed a less popular size, but with Alex's clear and timely communication it all went smoothly. So far I love it! It looks fantastic and people always make a comment about how elegant it looks. It seems like great craftsmanship, so time will tell there. I will come back in a year and update how it is holding up, but so far I highly recommend this case. It is tight at first but it gets perfect after a few days.
