My kiddos love using this pitching machine for softball and baseball practice. Definitely worth buying. Ours still works just need more balls lol!

So far it’s been great! We have used it for all three of our kids. Switching it from baseball to softball seems to be pretty easy. It functions like we expected and the speed changes are nice since we have a 6 year old boy and an 11 year old boy. It shoots pretty accurate and the machine itself is stable. We love it so far!

Good starter machine

Waited 4 months to review this product. It's sturdy, reliable and absolutely beneficial for our baseball program. Our ages are 16u and down to 10u. Every youth coach needs one!

We had really high hopes for this machine but sadly it did not live up to them. The product description stated that the machine reached speeds between 40-90 mph. We have various radars and the machine only reached 27 mph at max speed. We will be returning.

I'll be honest It was a Christmas gift that I really didn't trust to keep under the tree until the day of assuming/sceptacle it wouldn't work. Not only was it easy to install and put together but it works great !!!! Has different settings of speed and adjustment to position how you want! Love it definitely excited for the practice we'll get in before the season! 🤩👍🏽

We put this item together, following the instructions and it was very easy to put together. But when we plugged it in and turned it on, it didn't work. My husband tried multiple outlets both in our shop and in our house. When he brought it to the house, he plugged it in and turned it on. Nothing. He forgot to unplug it and went to the kitchen to start supper. About 3-4 minutes later, the pitching machine finally started! So we unplugged it and tried it again a few hours later - same thing happened. We emailed support but haven't gotten a response after a few days. We're going to box it up and return it and buy something else. No response from their support team tells me it's not the best product to purchase.

It's light weight compared to one we used many years ago. The balls don't go as far as we would like when using it for outfield practice. It could use wheels to help with transportating it around.

We used this machine all summer last year and couldn't be happier. Once you get it set, it remains very consistent as long as you give it enough time in between pitches.

I have a small baseball facility, I bought multiple of these. Mainly for the price. I knew they're not gonna cover warranty as per usage but I did not know that they do not deliver replacement parts in Ontario Canada. Why sell this on Amazon Canada if you won't be able to assist when the product breaks?!? Btw, product is made of semi hard plastic. If not in use, pls put away, as regular baseballs or softballs will 100% break it if hit. Also, if somehow ball infeed height change is not done properly, it will break the machine. I bought 5 or 6 of these.. I have 3 remaining. All Within 5 months.. I suggest buying the new heater machine. Not that much price difference.
