Just what I needed
It’s crazy, I went to multiple computer/printer stores and no one knew what this piece I needed was! Super happy I was able to find it on Amazon at a great price! Now all my print projects are coming out bright and the way they should look!

DOESN'T WORK!
Beware! This won't work...the ET-2840 needs to have a Epson chip on the box. You can google this and see you'll need to purchase a "chip resetter" that costs another $39.90 on Amazon. This is a SCAM! since Epson doesn't have this ink maintenance box. SHAME ON AMAZON!

Works but took some doing
Product fit the Printer but didn't touch the metal so had to rig a wedge to push it against the metal contacts so the printer would recognize it. Of Course when purchasing the printer this was not information volunteered that this item would need replacing.
