This is the one of the best value for money smartwatch in the market that I have noticed. With metal body, the watch is really sturdy but super stylish at the same time. Strap quality is premium & more like watch brands strap rather than typical silicone strap from mobile brands.1. The looks is premium with the curved display on the sides2. Display is nice & intuitive with easy touch to wake feature3. Long battery life. Using it for 2 days with Bluetooth connected all the time & battery is still above 70%. And the magnetic charger is easy to charge4. It has 10+ sport modes and I explored 6-7 of them.5. Heart rate monitor & spo2 sensor is also very accurate.The Helix Smart App is easy to use and engaging.They have multiple cool watch faces on the app which are matching with the look & feel of the strap.Overall at less than 3k with metal body, it’s a great buy and I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good looking branded smartwatch under a budget.

Have been using it for 3months now. This product I bought because it was me ruined as Made in 🇮🇳. Sad part is its only assembled here. The other sad part is that a company like Timex has really blundered in giving it their name. This is just a simply bad product.The battery life is 7 days maxThe watch has no button to switch it on or off.The step counter is totally off the charts, you CA have to walk 1000 steps and it will show 3500.Or you can not walk at all and the watch will walk 2000 plus steps for you.It hangs approx 2 times in a day.In the shower it gets really wonky and shows all different screens.The watch faces are very limited and if u do change it, it will come back to default face every few days on its own.The app interface is not at all user friendly to check progress for a week or month or quarter or half or yearly comparison.

The watch has a super user friendly interface. The app is easy to download and use. You can change the watch them, basically the home screen look. The heart rate reading, sleep, oxygen level is accurate. I really love the fact that the watch has good qualities at a very affordable price point. You can pair to check notifications from Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram, calls and messages. The watch looks smart on the wrist. The battery life is amazing along with being water resistance.

Bought this in 2022 but the watch stopped connecting to its app via bluetooth in 1 year. Now we are unable to service it since there are no direct service centers in my native as well as in Chennai. Now nearly 2 years and lost hope of getting this fixed.

The media could not be loaded. I was quite excited to receive the watch and was eagerly waiting to use it. When i had opened the box the watch was not on proper place. I ignored it, plugged the charger and it started. I tried to connect it with the Phone, but didn't worked. Then i had done a power off and after that, the watch hasn't started ever. It's not charging and there is no display. I think i was sent a damaged piece. Please send a fresh working piece.Now what's next???Got the fresh piece. It started and worked quite well for few days. Then it started HANGING. GOT STUCKED BETWEEN THE TWO SCREENS.I WOULD STRICTLY RECOMMEND, NOT TO GO FOR THIS ONE. I'LL RETURN MINE, SO THAT I DON'T FACE MUCH PROBLEM. WILL GET ANOTHER OPTIONS IN SAME PRICE.SORRY HELIX, BUT THAT'S TRUE.

I had purchased Timex Helix metal fit smart watch based on the reviews last October'21. But with me I am extremely dissatisfied. My watch was not working in June'22, so had placed the watch to the retailer near my residence. Company had replaced with a new watch in August'22. But again the same problem had started ( constantly getting restarted by itself with full charge, same as last time). I am really irritated to have such a watch.Beware of Times Helix.
