This is exactly what I wanted. It's a good blend of seeds. No salt. Work friendly.I've been throwing these into salads and cottage cheese mostly. It's a great way to add nutrients and a bit of fiber to the diet

The quality is fine but the mix of seeds is toward more smaller seeds, which I had not expected. I have them in a container instead of the bag. Resealable issues generally -- I can't say how this bag works as the contents went straight into a container. Current use us a salad topper. I'd get something different for snacking which was originally intended. I probably should have known better. Cheers

The freshest best tasting I ever purchased. I put these on my salad veges tuna and make granola bars with them. Best value and taste.

We like this product but for some reason, they never have the 2 pack available which of course, results in a lower price per unit. I dont know if they are not offering the 2 pack because they get more profit from only offering the 1 pack or not but its very frustrating not being able to get the 2 pack at a little cheaper price.

great taste & most importantly instead of buying everyone of the ingredients separately; they all come conveniently in one bag. Besides easy to grab & toss it on my salad it's nutrition at it's finest. From the very first salad I toss this on to gave me great energy & a great sense of well being.I am disabled with a Rare Genetic Disease & on my very limited budget it seemed impossible to pick up these same ingredients all separately.This is something I can afford & have the nutrition that I need. I will purchase the Trail mix as well for it has a wide variety of superfoods needed on my salad & in my smoothies
