**Q: How durable are these? Do they break if thrown? (I work in a behavior classroom)**
A: The base does not stay on mine if you pick it up, but I think it could handle being thrown. The top gray part is foam, so if you have any pickers that part will likely be ruined quickly.

**Q: How do I contact the manufacturer regarding my stool? I have 3 in my classroom and one is cracking where the seat attaches to the middle support.**
A: Mine too. It's cracked so badly the seat won't stay on anymore.

**Q: Is this item height adjustable?**
A: No it Is not adjustable. IKEA sells one that is adjustable.

**Q: Do you offer replacements/exchanges for chairs? My students are falling out of the chairs because they are not staying together.**
A: Same problem. I now only use the Kore brand in my classroom.
