MiraScreen Wireless WiFi Display Dongle 1080P HDMI TV Stick Screen Mirroring Miracast DLNA Airplay (MiraScreen 2.4G, Black) (MiraScreen 2.4G)

I have the 2.4G version and the 5G version, and the 2.4G works great. I was initially skeptical as my 5G dongle didn't work very well for me, but I couldn't be happier! Worked quite well right out of the box in AirPlay mode, mirrored my iPad's screen perfectly with very little lag time. This is going to be a great product for me to use when I'm on travel as I can "cast" my content to a hotel TV. I also am able to use the same hotel TV as an extra monitor for my windows PC using the MiraCast standard, again with very little delay. It even transmits audio in MiraCast mode!A couple things I learned by tinkering for a little bit:-Log in to the web UI via the on screen URL (mine was "192.168.203.1") to change settings-Once in the settings, change the screen resolution. It is set to a default of 720p, 1080p is MUCH crisper of a display!-Also in settings, you can have it connect to your home wifi, change the password, update firmware, etc.See my attached pictures for my experience!

Worked great plugged it in and it worked. My PC found it immediately, so did my phone and my tablet. So much easier than the device that it replaced. The only thing it didn't work with was my Kindle Fire. It did come with instructions but they are written so small that my aging eyes couldn't read them. Overall I'm pleased just wish Amazon would miracast to devices other than firestick since it won't connect to windows devices.I use this to mirror my pc screen to a large TV so students can see. It worked well for this.

This works. It connects to my tablet reliably and remains connected without issues. I can watch movies, listen to tunes, and share my photos on any big screen tv with a free HDMI port. Movies play well as long as the tablet is close to the MiraScreen device. The closer, the better. Otherwise I see a slightly choppy screen redraw when scenes change.This is my third try at getting a Miracast device to work with my tablet. While my tablet would connect to my TV which has Miracast built in, it would not connect to either the 2.4 Ghz or 5Ghz versions of the Ixungo adapter.

Its works better with Samsung Android Phones. YOU DO NOT NEED this device if you have "screen mirroring" feature in your TV or Blue Ray player... it is not easy to set up due to the insuficient instructions enclosed in the package. I do not recommend it to iphones for the reason that is slower and chappy casting.

"May have to wait for connection" but nothing to tell you if it's working or not. Glitchy - not consistent. Only works up to about 6' away then it starts breaking up. Received the first one and the mini usb male end was crooked and wouldn't stay in - fell right out, no click. returned for another, also crooked, will not last for mong. SO NOT impressed, but it's better than my old EZCast dongle? Now that one REALLY sucks.

It works sometimes

My tv defaults to the MiraScreen input when turning on the tv. I have to unplug it until ready to use, which isn't often. Difficult to use. It is cheap though.

After downloading the app on the app store it still didn't work. It wont connect and it doesn't even pop up on my phone. Waste of money....
