This nebulizer provides soothing comfort for sore throat and sinus congestion. I believe it also helps with lungs. I use it regularly for allergy and sinus therapy. My research has shown me that spending $80.00 on this model has a clear advantage over models at half the price. Like any product, not all are equal.Recently, the benefit to my wife was great enough that it helped her avoid a trip to see a doctor. She used typical over the counter medications for headache, sore throat, and sinus congestion. I thought that she would not like the nebulize, but used it 3~4 times per day, for about 7 days.

Easy to set up and use with diy peroxide solution which has been used for decades to treat upper respiratory issues especially before antibiotics. Look up the recipe. It's a true lifesaver and dr visit saver. I'm an RN so do tons of research on all things health related. So glad I found this machine. Thanks to God in heaven!! It's sturdy, works well.
