I use these with the "Elephant Ear" spray system. I like these better than the ones supplied with the sprayer because the supplied ones are thin tubes and I'm always afraid of inserting them too far. These are broad enough that I can push them right up and not worry about injury.

This is such a good way to clean the ear canal. The nozzle has a Luer lock that fits on most syringes - I attached to a 20ml syringe. Filling the open syringe with warm water, I inserted the plunger and placed the nozzle into my ear. A good forceful push floods the canal and washes it. You can easily repeat the process. The large holes around the nozzle allow the water to exit the ear while you're washing. You can use special ear drops in the ear prior to washing with the syringe, and you'll be surprised how much ear wax comes out in clumps. You wouldn't think you could get wax the size of a Volkswagen built up inside your ear canal! A wonderful product - buy a set, and you're all set for clean ears.

The water comes out easily and the pressure is firm enough. Basically there's no difference between what came with the bottle and battery powered ear wax remover and these tips. They attach easily and work well. I'm more likely to treat these as disposable (as opposed to keeping them too long) now that I know there is an easy source of reasonable priced replacements.

Very comfortable to use. Soft squishy silicone fits snugly into my ear canal without hurting. I can use a different ear tip for each family member. They are easy to switch out. I keep each one labeled in a sandwich bag for each person. We don't use the ear wash often but these tips cone in handy. They are easy to clean too. You get a good amount of tips for the price too. Very pleased.

I've had my drugstore brand earrigating syringe for years, and I use it regularly (especially as a pre-flight measure to ward off outer ear trouble with pressure changes). It's still effective, but the tri-directional tip was starting to look a little long in the tooth. When I saw these, I wasn't sure if they'd be an exact match, but the value made it impossible not to give it a try.Aside from color, they're exactly the same tip. Huzzah!
