Lots of screws.
I liked the attention to detail that was in the instructions, making it easier to understand. What I think could be improved is a better explanation of why it is important to square everything up. I ended up drilling some extra holes due to my cement pad not being quite flat, and the wall framing a little crooked. Also not mentioned is the optional “kit” that bolts the shed down to the pad.

Atypical for Arrow
Unlike everything else I have purchased by Arrow/ShelterLogic, this seems to be the only well made item.Instructions are confling ... shed Instructions say to anchor only after complete shed assembly, kit Instructions say to anchor before construction of shed. Company needs to get their act together.

Did not like the concrete anchors
The corner brace was good, screws were good quality. I really did not like the concrete anchor for several reasons. It is a pin that pulls up as it is tightened expanding tube to put pressure in the concrete. If you drill a hole and it goes too far, it drops out of tube of anchor and becomes lost. Worse, when you tighten and the pin comes up, you have to cut the top of the pin off or it leaves a sharp pin that can snag things (or you step on it!Bad design of anchor so I didn't use it. Used Tapon screw instead to anchor shed.

Excellent Product for Arrow-Shed
I bought an Arrow-shed and it was recommended to get the anchor kit which I'm glad I did. I built my shed on concrete blocks. Once I assembled the floor base I needed to secure the base by using the corner brackets. The package comes screws, lag bolts, corner brackets, and side perimeter clips. Most importantly it comes with a masonry drill bit to drill into the concrete blocks. Once you drill the hole approx. 2" deep you insert the lag bolt, tighten the nut and the corner bracket is secured. Use the screws to secure the sides of the corner bracket to the frame. Same process for the perimeter clips. Highly recommend if your purchasing a metal shed.

Worked as expected!
I wasn’t super happy with the shed, but this anchoring kit was very easy to use and installed without issue. The corner and side brackets fit on perfectly.

As it promises to hold it down
I have bought the anchor system for my shed by the original manufacture, and I must say it is a little bit difficult to install but once you get the hang of them, it is really a boom boom boom situation. I must say for the amount of equipment necessary. I would think they would put a better drill bit for concrete but no other complaints.
