Must read for interviewing!
This has been a great resource for interviews. I particularly like the red light / green light approach to how not to answer the particular interview questions in their own examples. It’s a great before interview read for newbies and a great reminder for us oldies.

Interview the company!
This is one of my go to books for when I need to interview for the next career move. It gets you thinking about the questions that you need to as in the interview process. This is especially true since interviewing is a two-way street.

Useful but...
Having read the other book written by this author "101 Great Answers to the Toughest Interview Questions," entire sections of the material in this book is a repeat of the other book. I would recommend the other book instead in terms of helpfulness. I would not recommend buying this book for someone who already owns the other book since only 2 chapters are really useful. This book when used as a standalone can be helpful. It has a list of questions for job seekers to ask during an interview at the end but the majority of the book is on how to be prepare for an interview.

ok
The book was ok but for folks who haven’t interviewed much. Anyone with interviewing experience already knows this stuff & more.
