Excellent Customer Service
Product became faulty within a month. It was past the returns period with amazon. I reached out to smallrig. The company still sent me out a new rig. Cannot fault that type of customer service.

Works ok sturdy when lower but with all the legs extended not so sturdy good value and the quality is good and plenty of features.

Looks nice and sturdy
Needed a new tripod after my last cheap one broke.This one seems much sturdier less flex and the ball head should assist with easier angle adjustment for pics. The leg clip design is better and allows various angle adjustment for the legs allowing for greater stability or hight.The monopod gives another useful dimension. I had looked at more expensive alternatives but this for me ticks most the boxes I could want. Time will tell.

Fantastic quality
Now I've used the cheap ones ever since starting my youtube journey and I got sent a few things off smallrig so when I saw this on sale I had to buy it the quality is outstanding can not be it

Excellent overall.
Excellent quality overall but be careful, some of the securing bolts not tightened enough and the rubber feet unscrew far too easily.

Za tą cenę w porządku.
Zwrócony, niestety nie jest to czego szukałem. Do długiego naświetlania się nadaje, lecz w wietrzystych warunkach sobie nie radzi. Łudziłem się, że będzie działał przy np. stackingu zdjęć, lecz niestety nie jest to ta półka cenowa, i dla moich potrzeb musiałem dopłacić dużo więcej do statywu manfrotto.
