Organic Valley Purity Farms Ghee Clarified Butter -- 13 oz - 2 pc

I've tried a couple of brands (4th & heart, pure, Sprouts brand) and this is the one I prefer. I think it's a bit more pure, as out of all the brands, this one stayed solid longest on hot days. Also the others had a bit more 'grainy-ness' to them. I buy this in part because it's pasture raised in addition to being organic. I've also put a few jars of this into my 'emergency supply foods' bin because if I lose electricity, I don't worry about this product going bad. I am on a ketogenic diet, so I use a LOT of this product. It is consistent, and the ones I ordered from Amazon were well packaged, arrived unbroken. If you are ordering the two jar package, pay attention to the number of ounces. I have purchased this product from Sprouts for $6.99 for the 7.5 ounce size. The two jar package is for 13ounce jars, so that makes a difference.

Has distinct flavor of rich butter, easy to spread. I actually use more less of this Ghee than of butter because of the rich buttery flavor. I use it on or in most everything I normally would use butter. I have purchased this same item several times and like it so much I have little desire to try any other brand. At first I did try others, but was disatisfied with the others. If you like really rich flavor of real butter, try this. I think you will be happy with this brand.

Excellent. Spreads easily, smells fresh, no refrigeration needed.I've been using Organic Valley Ghee for about ten years now or more.The price is right as well.A little goes a long long way. I use it for cooking as well.

I love Ghee and used to buy it at our local health food store. It was the only place where I could buy it unless I made my own which I didn't want to do. When the health food store closed up, I didn't know where I would find this Ghee and then I did a search on Amazon. I was so glad to see the Ghee that I used to buy at our health food store on there. It tastes the same as I remember and its good on baked potatoes, pasta with butter and cheese and in scrambled eggs and amazing on popcorn. Try some. You will be glad you did.

Have tried a variety of recommended brands of Ghee, but keep coming back to this one as my favorite in all categories. Nice smooth, fluffy, creamy texture and rich taste, and good quality in the production of the product. Once you try Ghee in place of butter, in my opinion, you don't go back! Enjoy!

Love this stuff. It even stays fresh without refrigeration which makes it easy to take with us when we travel.

Not an issue with the product itself...Organic Valley Ghee is wonderful, however...I just unpacked my two-pack of ghee and though it was well packaged in bubble wrap, it appears that one of the jars has opened somehow as the whole thing is covered in ghee/grease. I didn’t see any way to contact the seller, nor is the item returnable, so I am posting here in hopes that they will contact me directly. Disappointed.

I love this brand. It tastes good and has a good consistency. Anytime I later it on butter or make a sauce with it; it gives it this robust taste that elevates the food you are cooking. I will say that a jar for me lasts a month. It's not bad for the price, but be careful not to scoop too much out as it can be addicting to use for cooking and basting food.If you are looking for a butter that keeps you in ketosis, then look no further than this butter. It hasn't let me down, and it will benefit you with ketones.
