This coffee table is amazing. assembly was not the easiest but a power drill helps and you definitely need two people. The final product is great and moves up and down very well. only thing i’m disappointed in is the stickers that came on the pieces got stuck so half of it shows and you can’t get it off. take off the letters if you can remember which piece is which!

Color is soft warm and welcoming! I payed for set up but it seems it could easily be built with two people. Looks like and expensive piece of furniture!

I don't usually write in depth reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised by this purchase.I knew it would require assembly so I was hesitant about the purchase. However, this might be the best furniture assembly, instruction and finished product I've experienced.From receiving the package, delivered quickly and on time to the actual packaging, was great.I would have been surprised if any parts were damaged in tow because it was extremely well packaged and protected. There were reinforced outer layers on each edge of the box that the product came in.Once I opened the box, which took time to get opened, there were firm styrofoam pieces in every nook and cranny to prevent sliding of pieces.Each piece was labeled either with sticker or written on edge. Either way, the instructions were clear about what to expect for labeling.All pieces were in tact. I could have built ther entire thing alone until the very end where the instructions actually noted you would need an extra hand. However, my husband and I enjoyed working together to complete this project. It took a short amount of time, less than 2 hours (didn't really time it and we worked slowly).I LOVE this finished product. It works perfectly and looks BEAUTIFUL. It's looks exactly as pictured!Best value purchase!

I was looking for a coffee table that did not cost a lot as eventually, I plan to redecorate and will not be using a coffee table. I work from home sometimes so, needed the lift top but have a smaller space so was not looking for anything too big. This piece is relatively sturdy/heavy. The instructions for putting it together require two people when putting on the lift top and I'd recommend it however, if you're like me, you can get it done with only one person with some creative thinking. It does not have wheels/castors which I wasn't a fan of but I simply put furniture pads on the bottom and it slides across my hardwood no problem.CONS:The corners of this coffee table are hard and sharp! I wacked my ankle on it and it did some damage so, be aware, especially if you have kids!The lift top does not pull up easily and when putting it down, it only goes down so far on it's own. You have to push it to get it to close all the way.Otherwise, I'd say it's a cute little coffee table, especially for the price.

I love the sturdiness and the beautiful color! It was the perfect mixture of ash-gray and tan! I can't say enough about this lift-top table! I will post pictures tomorrow (after I clean up). They did not disappoint from order-to-door! Wait, wait, wayminute!!!!! It arrived early and the instructions... they had comic-relief 😁, which you will definitely need when you have someone helping you. My husband is mechanically-inclined and does not/will not read/ barely listened to Me READING instructions! I quit helping 3 times and got up off the floor and had a drink of very strong egg-nog! Don't get me wrong the instructions were great and very clear! Don't be afraid to buy this beautiful piece of furniture and a 6-pack LoloL!!!Thank you!!11.8.18 I promised you guys pictures...I do still love my table and the color!! I do have one concern...the corners are very very sharp :-(. This poses a problem for my grandchildren and anyone who happens to brush up against the corner. It is sharp enough to tear the skin. SUGGESTION: Until Sauder rounds off the corners just a tad, do not allow children to play near it.It is still beautiful!

At first, I was worried about this table as I’ve never heard of the brand, and I knew that a lot of Amazon furniture has to be assembled at home with a lot of small parts. I’m a petite 24 year old woman and I was able to easily assemble the whole thing in a little over an hour (except for the very last part, which is assembling the pop up top. The directions state you need someone to help stabilize it, which is very true). The directions were typed very clearly, and had an option to go to a video in case you get confused but I didn’t find that necessary. The screws and other parts are packaged and labeled clearly. The finished product is completely sturdy, and it does not look cheap at all. I’m not positive if cold drinks can be placed on the surface, but it does seem to have some sort of finish. The pop up works perfectly, but you do have to press down firmly to allow it to settle back in to place.

I'll start by saying once this coffee table was assembled it was GREAT. I had looked all over for a somewhat rustic looking lift top table. This table is a great size, looks great, and the lift top is the perfect height. BUT. If you assemble this table solo, like a did, get ready for a bunch of F bombs! It was so many pieces and not the easiest instructions to follow. You have to really pay attention every step. The last portion of putting together the actual lift top portion really requires a 2nd set of hands. Overall though, I am in love with this table and am happy I did not take a sledgehammer to it during assembly.

It looks good, but the materials are cheap. It is made of particle board and it torn in some places when it was put together.
