DEWALLIE Rubber Stamp Sheet for Laser Engraving Machine, Laser Engraver Accessories, A4 Size 2.3mm, Orange, 1-Pack

I used a Genmitsu 3018pro with a 5.5 watt laser. Settings were speed = 200, power = 95%, and 4 passes. This was way too much, as it actually burned a hole on one corner. Then I changed to 400 at 90% and 2 passes. This gave me nearly usable results, but fine detail was muddled. I think I will go with 300 at 90% and 1 pass to see if the detail is retained and the engraving is deep enough. I suggest using a desktop fan to blow away the ash and bits of rubber that are burned away (and covered the sheet).A more powerful laser would probably make this engraving faster and more detailed. The rubber sheet, however, is very usable for making rubber stamps.

Tried the orange rubber sheets and they produce a horrid smell and flame up under the laser. Had much better luck with the gray rubber. Still smokes and creates a dusty residue inside the machine but seems way less toxic than what I was experiencing with the orange.

The item arrived well packaged and on time. I used this to make envelope stamps. It was easy to use and responded well to changes in my laser settings. It was easy to get dialed in

This came with only one sheet of orange rubber! So disappointing!

I love making stamps with my dewallie la-2 laser engraver. This rubber cuts easily and doesn’t stink terribly.

I have a Xtoll M1 and was making stamps, this product would have worked great, if only on know what I was doing. So product is great. I just have to figure out my own software
