We ordered 6 of these a year ago.They have been working great - but - one just went on us.We have been using them for business and programming.Once you get used to using them - they will spoil you for the size of screen.It is great for looking at electrical and piping drawings as well as programming screens.We have a KVM switch connected so that we can use it for the business computer and a programming computer.Business computer uses the DVI input and for Excel and Word documents it is excellent.We also display piping and electrical drawings as well, works great.Programming computer uses the HDMI input and it works very well for all the programs we haverun through it. (Honeywell, Triconex, Allen Bradley, Wonderware)Have had no problems up until now, and the one that is bad just flickers and then does not display.Tried it on 2 different computers, 2 different cables and 2 different power cables and the problem follows.This is the only reason why I did not give it 5 Stars.We have had no problems with connections or swapping back and forth through the KVM switch.The size and weight of the screen is great - very thin and very light.Hope this helps

This monitor works and looks good when it is working. But, I have to constantly re-seat the HDMI cable to fix an intermittent black screen. The black screen is very bad when using HDMI cable but less with DVI. Either way it can be very frustrating to spend 10 to 15 mins every use re-seating cables to get the monitor to work. I have other monitors and it never occurs with them.I wish I had sent this monitor back with the 90 days it is garbage. I would definitely not recommend buying this monitor unless you enjoy frustration daily.

I got this monitor when it was on sale right after Christmas almost 2 years ago. When we opened it up it was gorgeous and I fell in love with it instantly because of the size and it fits perfectly in the monitor space on my computer desk. Opened up the directions for setup and there was absolutely NOTHING in English. Nothing. I got it hooked up and was going to Google the English version of the directions but it was set up for China and everything was in Chinese there as well. Thank goodness my husband has his own pc and monitor and we got it figured out that way.The cord that comes with it is fine but the connection in the monitor is loose so the screen randomly goes out or all of a sudden it starts to get fuzzy and then turns black. When I touch the cord in the back to wiggle it, it's very hot! I'm not sure that's normal. I should've sent it back and I'm seeing other reviews saying the same about it randomly turning off so if you're considering this monitor, I'd look farther.
