Use this before primer or make up like you would any treatment or serum. You do need to wait 15 minutes before applying anything else, so that needs to be factored into your routine.

You can apply anything over it. Just make sure & wait 60 seconds before applying anything else. I apply Lid Lifting Treatment, then eye moisturizer, eye shadow primer, shadows & sometimes concealer.
