Great smoking non-stick surface
Excellent for smoking and barbecuing, however haven't used it for barbecuing yet. Makes a very good non-stick surface for when smoking salmon and fish.

Great for smoker clean up
We are finding that some meats do stick to this (they would have stuck to the racks). They are pretty easy to clean up (we hose them off first before bringing in to wash). I just wish they were a little wider to cover more of the rack. Shipped quickly.
