It is a very warm jacket and well built. Hoody is just a zip in small piece, not a full hoody, but it works. Easy cleaning. Size runs true, don't have to order "a little big" but it doesn't hurt, more coat to love!

I was really searching for fashion in a coat. Most coats keep you warm. This one is super warm. But the first time I wore this out, friends/family noticed and said things like, "ahh, cool coat... where'd you get that?" That's a first.I can't speak to how durable it is just yet. Have only had it since the beginning of winter... so like 2.5 months or so. But I sorta don't care. If it wears out, I'll buy another one. So far, nothing is falling apart. I love this coat.

2nd time I wore it, the outside front pockets I noticed my finger tips going through the bottom of the pockets stitching into the inside lining. I’ll take it somewhere to get it restitched because I like the look, weight and feel of it.

I bought my husband the gray jacket about three years ago and he loved it. The old jacket is getting worn so he asked for me to order a new one in brown. He got it in the mail the other day and it is a well made and good quality jacket, very pleased. I ordered the extra large tall this time because he is 6 foot 4 inches tall and it fits perfect. The hood part unzips and can be removed to dress the jack up and put back in for every day wear. This jackets are very durable.

Bought Tobacco color, XXL, that was too big! Returned it for XL. Great material, good stitching, right weight. Zip out hood is a plus. Only drawback/ made in China. But, what isn’t these days. Good buy, good product.Just got my coat after returning the one that was too big. It fits, ok. A bit tight but the main thing is, the arms are still too long. Also, the zipper is stingy. It’s too small. I have a cheap hoodie with a better zipper on it. I’ll wear it, it looks good.

This is a lightweight yet incredibly warm, dare I say "cozy", jacket with a soft quilted lining and a substantial zip-out cotton hood and dickie with its own zipper. The outer shell is supple, not artifial- or plastic-feeling, with a soft matte finish. It probably is not waterproof, but it does shed light rain satisfactorily.The collar is well-shaped, neither too narrow nor too wide, and functional for warmth around the neck. The hood is interior to the collar and, when not worn up as a hood, functions as an additional neck-warmer. There are no drafts in this jacket, and you will not need an additional scarf or muffler.The thing I most appreciate about it is the structure and fit. It strikes the perfect balance between substantial and streamlined -- i.e., I do not feel like I am wearing a santa-suit in it. Its lines are clean and straight from shoulder to hip.I did not rate for durability because I haven't worn the jacket enough to know, but it gives every sign of being a long-lasting garment.

I wanted something to throw on in winter time that goes over the flannels that I wear in winter. This definitely fits the requirements. It is as nice in person as it is in the advert. Great lining, the removeable hoody zips in/out the entire length of the coat (so no pesky wind leaks). The inside lining is very nice and make it very easy to slip over whatever it is you're wearing at the time. Some coat linings... Meh, fights you going on an coming off. Throw this over a fleece/flannel or vest and done!Curse Amazon for showing me this thing! It took just a few minutes to press the [mine] button and I'm glad I did. It performs like a much bulkier looking coat in the cold.
