We have the device for 2 weeks and up to now we are satisfied with the dishwasher. I think the internal space is very well designed and accommodates big pots and pans. Compared to our previous one from IKEA I find the internal space of this Bosch model better considered and no dish remains unwashed. The energy usage is E that is better than previous serie.My minor critic is that remaining time is not shown and the door is not automatically open after finishing the work.

We have had a dishwasher for years then about 10 months ago we got rid of it ,now we bought this one I will no longer be s slave to the sink

well made unlike some ,of or most of it actually that comes from china. made in Poland and you can tell.

Good looking machine and does the job well.

This was a replacement for a Bosch dishwasher and which I thought would have similar features. It's disappointing to see it doesn't have a cutlery shelf although the instruction manual with the machine indicates one, and large pieces of cutlery now take space up in the main shelving of the machine. It doesn't have a separate pre rinse that I can find, the electronic controls are complicated and although we can see where the programme cycle is there is no way to know how long the programme will take, or how much time is left. Sadly, after our previous model this one is lacking.

Dishwasher installed incorrectly. Accumulation of undetected gunge and slime over two weeks. No amount of chemicals down the drain away improved the smell. Finally we find the shelves and containers under the sink covered in noxious substance. Amazon say the installers will not rectify. After much argy bargy they agree to refund the cost of installation leaving us with the prospect of a n additional hefty plumber's bill. More toing and froing and then they agree to take back the dishwasher rather than sort the problem out! The couriers arrive and say they do not remove dishwashers. More phone conversations when Amazon agree to refund the cost of the dishwasher leaving us with the inconvenience of disposing of perfectly workable appliance. Too much profit and too little customer care.A very good piece of equipment - probably.

Replaced the old one that we got with the house 6 years ago, and which had apparently been in daily use since the 1990s. Replaced with this new Bosch unit which was fitted in minutes. Almost silent in operation and sensibility thought out so the height of the top rack is adjustable. Very pleased with this excellent machine.
