I LOVE THESE NOODLES! 18 calories for the entire bag. BEST raw vegan alfredo recipe! (see my review)
I love these noodles so much! I make the best raw, vegan alfredo noodles with them. On their own these noodles basically taste like nothing and have hardly any calories. The texture is a bit "rubbery", but becomes softer when soaked in water, or used in a recipe like mine. I have been eating these for years. They are awesome! If you want to try my alfredo recipe, here is what I do with these noodles:Open the bag of noodles and pour a little pure water onto them, then, drain out all the liquid and transfer the noodles into a large bowl, and cut them into much smaller pieces with kitchen scissors. Then make this alfredo sauce to add to them:In a high speed blender combine: 2 cups raw, organic cashews, 3/4 Cup pure water,1&1/2 teaspoons (fine) Celtic Grey sea salt, a scant 1/2 teaspoon of each of these spices: organic basil, organic thyme. organic ground black pepper,1&1/2 Tablespoons organic lemon juice3/4 teaspoon organic minced garlicBlend on high in a high-speed blender, use a tamper to keep pushing the ingredients down. When smooth and mixed well, stop. Then pour the sauce you just made onto the noodles in your large bowl. Mix well until evenly mixed. Scoop into glass containers (I use a canning funnel for less mess/spills, and I scoop it into small glass jars....like a peanut butter sized jar or smaller.) Store in glass, sealed containers or glass jars in fridge. This recipe tastes the VERY BEST after 24 hours in the fridge, but can be eaten right away if you like. (See: Last two pics in my review. - They might not look super-appetizing in a jar like I have them in my pics, but they taste GREAT!!!)

Glass noddle-y, no calor-y and yes, price-y
I LOVE these and buy them in bulk to lower the cost. You have to soak them in about a cup or a little more of water (rinse first) with a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice (at least 1/2 a lemon) and a good amount of baking soda (like 1 tbsp. or more .. I never measure). Mix it up and keep testing for texture of choice. Rinse well and use in soups, broth, salads or stir fries. What you don't use, store in a glass jar with water in the fridge. These are better than 'miracle' noodles. They don't cause stomach upset - no soy.

If you know how to use it - it is amazing!!!!
Do not believe negative reviews, they just don’t know how to make it right. Pls follow the directions on the packet. I speaker the noodles in cold water and massaged it with lime give and baking soda for a few minutes, rinsed it thoroughly and it turned out awesome. Great for cold Asian noodle salads. For the sauce I used peanut butter powder, soy sauce and Korean chillie powder. Also threw in some grilled chicken chunks and slaw mix. Very satisfying low card high protein lunch!

Social media got me.
Being on a low carb diet you look for edible cheats that can take the edge off of the cravings you have from the foods you before. I bought these noodles because social media told me they are a great substitute for pasta. I am gullible as hell. They taste nothing like pasta. They do not taste bad, I just would not use them for a pasta substitute in Italian sauces. They are neutral tasting and the texture is what I would call "snappy". I definitley could eat them in a stir fry like dish instead of rice.

Love it
This is a staple in our home. It is one of the few noodles we can eat due to food allergies. Thank you for keeping your product allergy friendly and great tasting.

Massive Textural Crunch; Wholly Unique
I found these kelp noodles to be fascinating and unexpected -- which isn't to say they'll become an everyday staple of my diet -- but Sea Tangle's ability to transform a low-carb, low-calorie, ocean-sourced vegetable into a unique and totally viable noodle is truly a feat. What makes these almost otherworldly is their incredible textural crunch -- this is a loud food to eat, and one that snaps in your mouth. It has no comparables that way. Taste-wise, it's very neutral and hardly oceanic in flavor. That said, this is a likely a noodle for chefs and other foodies who can incorporate its uniqueness into inspired creations, from salads to Japanese dishes and beyond. It's not the noodle's fault that I'm not skilled enough to optimize its use.Super fun to try, and a great value at this low price. - (Was this of use? If so, let me know by clicking, "Helpful." Cheers!)

Impressive!
Wow/Amazing! These were really fun to work with actually lol I rather enjoyed the rinsing and treating (baking soda/lemon juice) to get them to the proper consistency.I'm also convinced, as others have stated, that if you found these "crunchy", you absolutely did something wrong. A small chance you got a defective batch but pretty unlikely. These ended up being even softer than shirtake/konjac noodles (and I know how to cook those so they are not "rubbery").. I honestly love that I didn't have to cook these either! With the konjac noodles, you have to rinse, cut, boil, then pan steam (to remove the water).. it's a lot to get them to the right texture and more time consuming. With these kelp noodles though, just wash 'em, tear 'em, swish 'em, rinse and done! Bottled lemon juice worked fine too even though it says "juice of one lemon".I highly recommend and will definitely order again!

HOW HAVE I BEEN LIVING WITHOUT THESE?!
These are SO good. I ordered a pack of the konaberry ones as well and they accidentally got left on the porch overnight and froze and they’re all shriveled and dry now so definitely DO NOT freeze them.Back to these: AMAZING. I rinsed and massaged them under some lukewarm water until they were all separated and then threw them right into my vegan cheese sauce. They’re so delicious. The texture is unique but not too far off from el dente rice pasta. And the best part is that they’re almost ZERO calories. 6cal per 1/2cup, I’d say the pack is about 2cups so even if you are the whole thing it’s practically nothing. The only downside is how expensive they are.But if you’re vegan/raw vegan and you’re someone who loves and misses pasta, these are worth splurging on!

Perfect! Made Peanut noodles!
I'm embarking on a raw vegan diet, and was looking for something tasty that would provide variety. I found a Peanut Noodle recipe using these on IG that looked amazing, and the influencer insisted that they had no taste. Well, she was right!I was a bit concerned by the other reviews, but there really wasn't anything to worry about. I soaked the noodles in bicarbonate of soda, lemon and cold water for a while, while I got the sauce together, and then drained and dried them. They were the perfect texture--soft with bite--and no taste, allowing the the peanut sauce to shine. I'm looking forward to trying them with other dishes.
