Best Customer Service I Have Dealt With and Great Products!
I have been using the Bikini Soft shave oil for several months because I was experiencing painful bumps and in grown hairs on my underarms. I had tried numerous different shave creams, soaps and deodorants to fix the problem and nothing had worked. I came across an ad for Bikini Soft on Facebook and decided to try it. I am so glad I did. I haven't had a single issue since I started using the shave oil! It goes on easily and smells great!Most recently I ordered a combo pack with shave oil and a pre-shave scrub. When it arrived it appeared to have been tampered with so I immediately contacted Amazon for a return and refund. The next day I received an email from Bikini Soft asking to leave a review/feedback on Amazon. I wrote them back to let them know I had an issue and was already in the process of returning the items and receiving a refund. They offered to send me replacement products for free. I waited a while and didn't get anything so I contacted them again and received a response in just a few hours. After what turned out to be a shipping mix up, Bikini Soft is now sending me not only the original replacement products, but 3 more Bikini Soft items and 2 razors. All for free!I'm very impressed with not only the products but also the customer service from Bikini Soft! I highly recommend giving them a try!!!
