What a BEAUTIFUL book. The book is wonderful on the outside and on the inside. It comes is a fantastic Laduree box. The box is just as beautiful as the book. The book inside is wrapped in tissue. So classy. This would be a wonderful book to give as a gift. You will never put it on the shelf it has to be within reach. I also would never take the book into my kitchen while I cook. Love it....

BritI am very happy with the speed in which it came to my doorstep--it came a week early! It was such a lovely surprise. I love, love, love this book. I've ended up reading it from cover to cover (about half way through now.) Tips they give are inspiring and they give you room to add your own touch. True, some of the tips are somewhat of no-brainer tips, but still, a good reminder. Some of the review say that the ingredients are hard to find, I have to disagree. The staple ingredients of these recipes include bread, creme fraiche, herbs and meats. I believe to have found it quite simple to find them at a local food store verses a chain supermarket. Also, if you do want to make the desserts mentioned, buy their Sucre book! This was absolutely worth every penny. I cannot wait to expand my Laduree book collection!

I bought this book following a purchase of Laduree's sweets book. It is very inspirational but I am not an advanced enough cook to attempt some of these recipes. I have yet to make anything from their sweets volume. Some of the dishes are just down right intimidating. Maybe I'll go through it again and be brave and try a simpler dish.

Love the book, the case, recipes and pictures. Great for ideas!! Some recipes are for professional chef... but I will give them a try!!

great book, amazing presentation of the book, lots of incredible recipes. great seller, good price, prompt shipment. will definitely recommend to friends. my chef wife loves it. bought 2 other ladure books.

There are better recipes available online for similar foods, but the pictures and table setting ideas make this a really good gift, or just something to read to get elegant entertaining ideas.

I ordered this book to give as a gift and loved it so much I kept it. Oh yes, I ordered a second copy and gave it as a gift!

I have now all the 3 books of Laduree (i'm not gone buy the fourth). this last one is the most disappointing among them. the pictures are beautiful as always and the ideas are really good but the good things there doesn't have a recipe... instead the book send you to buy it!!! buy it??? buy it from whom? from where?... from my local patisserie chef (it's not his book)? from them? go to france? really? is that why I bought that book in the first place? i don't think so.
