Wasn't sure about the boss nature of this sauce at first. It turned out that I hadn't followed the directions correctly. After smoking some ribs and wings and making sure to preheat the sauce before applying it I blew the socks off of all of my friends. They learned what the boss sauce was that day. It had a great mixture of the sweetness heat and vinegar without being too thick to be overpowering.

Tasted water don't. Lack quality flavor.

I purchased the HOT version of this sauce, and was a little scared, because it was my first time purchasing a perishable good through shipping. The company who shipped it was incredible and the sauce is fantastic. I would have rated higher, but if you are here searching for a spicy, hot sauce, this sauce may not be for you. It's got a great sweet spice flavoring and once you taste it, you never want to stop, but this was only my opinion.

My boyfriend moved to Texas about 3 years and told me thr only thing he misses about Rochester NY is the boss sauce you put over chicken wings. We purchased the hot i was not impressed. This sauce isn't hot at all! It was super sweet and had a over powering smell of vinegar.

A little bit hot and a little bit sweet, brings back fond memories of Rochester in the mid-90's before moving to Florida. Saw it in ROC and foolishly didn't buy it. So glad it's available on Amazon.
